The origin nation facility in Missouri was OK but the people you tried to schedule me with the west side storage were no longer open. They were closed and no one was there found out. They moved and went to the new location and they were closed and no one was there so I had to turn it in at a different location, which accommodated me Even though they just rented U-Haul trucks! So I will probably try not to use U-Haul again because I had to go to three different dealers to get the trailer off my truck with no with no hitch check until I found a location that would help me! You guys don’t even know where your dealers are at on the receiving and in Texas!

TERRY LSpeeding up check in time would be appreciated. I was in a short time frame to pick up vehicle and get to my destinations to have hourly movers help load the truck.
