I was kept waiting way too long. Pricing expectations were unclear and the representative didn't seem to know much about policy. Since moving can be stressful, and I had to wait so long for the representative, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.

I dropped the truck after hours and so I did not access the office or interact with any personnel.
KIMBERLEY GOn the date of my rental there was no employees at the office. There was a lock box that was supposed to have my keys inside, but I did not receive code for the lockbox. When I finally was able to get a code an hour later there was no key in the lock box, after an hour and a half total, and employee showed up and finally found a set of keys. Started my time an hour and a half late.
Mateo CThis pick up point was a last-minute change from the original scheduled pick up point where I ordered furniture pads, this facility did not have the furniture pads as it is a storage facility, so I made do without the furniture pads. Other than that, the staff was wonderful and everything was new and clean.
ROBERT DThe help at the location was outstanding! She also helped me navigate the very difficult to use uhaul web site. The location and help get an A, the website a D. Just make it more user friendly. Overall a good experience with the rental.
