On the date of my rental there was no employees at the office. There was a lock box that was supposed to have my keys inside, but I did not receive code for the lockbox. When I finally was able to get a code an hour later there was no key in the lock box, after an hour and a half total, and employee showed up and finally found a set of keys. Started my time an hour and a half late.

This pick up point was a last-minute change from the original scheduled pick up point where I ordered furniture pads, this facility did not have the furniture pads as it is a storage facility, so I made do without the furniture pads. Other than that, the staff was wonderful and everything was new and clean.
ROBERT DThe help at the location was outstanding! She also helped me navigate the very difficult to use uhaul web site. The location and help get an A, the website a D. Just make it more user friendly. Overall a good experience with the rental.
Michael CWhen we got to the location well after the lates opening time it was not open or staffed. We called the listed number several times and just got voice mail. After waiting over an hour we finally called the national help number and were told how to access the vehicle using the app, which we did. There was nothing posted at the site nor did we get any notice electronically that we would have to get the truck that way. If you are going to make people use that process you should so inform them ahead of time. I might then have looked at alternatives or figured out the process earlier than the day of rental. That we had to do all this in a hard rain did not help.

Ronald AThe equipment I selected to rent with the truck was not available at the location. The truck was given to me dirty when I got it and they tried to make me pay to clean it afterwards and had to dispute the charges, I was supposed to be contacted and never was. The rental process was ridiculous and took forever the app did not function properly I had to redo the information 3 times. The truck sucked a serious amount of gas for a short trip.
