If a U-Haul is not open on Sunday and I have to return my truck is a pain in the hind end to do everything online. I feel since they were not open on Sunday I should not be penalized. I having to hurry and get things in there when they're not even going run it out I understand companies do what they do but I will never rent another U-Haul that I have to do a check in online ever again I will go someplace else first.
ROY M.The owners were great.. I came from south bend and what I thought the place would be over by the exit 92 off toll road it wasn't. (MY fault) should of Googled it first. I think they need a better place to park ur vehicle when picking up a truck . Overall this was a good place to grab a u haul.
