I rented a truck to move some things from my home to storage and to the dump. On my way back from the dump (before I had chance to go to storage) a warning light came on that said something was wrong with one of the tires. I didn’t want to risk driving it, so I returned it over an hour before my designated time. The renter told me that it was just a sensor and that the lights came on frequently. I told him that there was no way for me to know that and asked for a partial refund, since I wasn’t able to use the truck for the full amount of time that I was scheduled to have it. I was told that he couldn’t offer a refund becaus there was nothing wrong with the truck. He did ask if I wanted to take the truck back out but after waiting 20 minutes for him to check in his other customers and renters, and driving back to the store, there would not have been enough time for me to do what I had planned. The entire rental was kind of a bust. Also, I didn’t want to drive a truck with warning lights on. It didn’t feel safe.

Hakan KI reserved a van at 521 Appian way on 18/10 and when I got there to pick up at 8 am but the store was closed and the person didn’t showed up till 8:15 am and there was not any van available for me . So I had to change my plans and got to go San Pablo dam road . The person works at that store was wonderful saved my day.

Jeanalyn PFor some reason, there was no one there upon returning the vehicle. There was no sign indicating WHEN someone would return, etc. After 20 to 30 minutes, someone showed up to allow me to drop off the key and return the vehicle. Otherwise, the experience was perfect!!
