Poor signage on where to park returning trucks and where to bring the keys. Gave keys to an employee that didn't say "Thank You".

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI really liked being able to upload my driver’s license ahead of time—it made the whole process quick and convenient. Everything worked perfectly, and both pickup and drop-off were easy and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience!
Robert DThe gentleman that helped me was told by me the gas don't match. He went back inside and looked at the information on the computer and said that in the system it stated it was correct. I had taken a picture of it and showed him. He still didn't want to correct it until the other gentleman saw it and told him to correct it. He didn't ask how long I needed the truck either. He had took it upon himself to put 4 hrs. The other gentleman had to show him how to correct it as well. Overall I was able to get a vehicle and bring it back the next day.
