It would help if there was a listing of known existing damage for the renter to ease the initial inspection process and create more certainty for both parties.

DAVID JGreat deal & service
Boon AI requested a dolly, but I was told the site was never given a dolly and she removed it. However, when she removed it, she added an additional 15 dollar safe moving fee which I originally declined. I attempted to decline it again in the app while paying after I dropped it off. I still have not received my refund. Additionally I was told even though I requested a different location for a drop off, I could only drop it off at the location it was picked up at even though the app let me switch it to a closer location to my destination.
