Did not have one of the dollies we ordered, contacted us in advance and removed the fee. then, at pickup, did not have the other dolly and no one was there to contact/assist.

Dropping off the truck was easy, it took almost an hour to go through the verification process to pick up the truck

No one in office ever. I wanted to swap to a bigger truck. They didn't had one but also were not willing to work out and arrange with another location

I originally had an issue with the lock box. It would've been convenient to have someone onsite as it was 10 am. When I called U-Haul, they were going to send me to a different location, however due to when I booked this location, there was not the same vehicle at any other location that was convenient.

I could not use the online app to turn on my truck die to the app not finding my location. Frustrating. I had to drop the keys and hope that I had done everything properly for the turn in.
