Online check in is horrible. Times out frequently. In fact I typed out a whole eligent review of the system that by the time I tried to post the review 5 minutes later, it timed out and I lost all of my review. Rip.Kyle W.
The truck was fine but the automated check-in/out process needs some improvement. The app wouldn't let me submit pictures so I had to call U-Haul for help. Ended up using the website to return it. The whole process took much longer than if I returned it to a manned location.Samuel D.

I booked this location because it had a guaranteed truck rental. I took an Uber to the location and arrived at 10:00am. As I walked up to the door, U-Haul called me to tell me there was no truck available. They said I could go 1.5 miles down the road to another location to get the truck. After they hung up I called that location and they said they did not have a truck, and were not sure why someone would tell me to go to that location. I ended up getting a smaller truck that was available, being unable to move all of my items, and needing to rent another truck at a later date to complete the move.TODD Q.

I went to drop off the truck during their open hours but there was no one there at that time nor the next day. The building is boarded up with plywood and has a porta-potty off to the side. It does not really look like a place of business. I left the truck to go create an account (that I don't want) so I could turn it in through the online system and when I returned someone had stolen the blankets from the back of the truck. I rented a handtruck to come along with the uhaul and it they never sent it. I also had the worse time actually acquiring the keys through the app because the app was messed up (this was one of those no-contact spots where they drop the uhaul off and drop the keys in a locked box; you unlock the box with the instructions through the app which was messing up horribly) Also, the gas meter was NOT at the point where it should've been, it was lower but i was in a rush at that point and didnt care to complain about that. Fix the app, have the correct amount of gas in it, and give the customer a handtruck when they rent it!Brandon E.

The U-Haul app is terrible. It took 45 minutes to check in with the app (with several glitches, including the app spontaneously quitting and losing our check-in progress multiple times). It then took over an hour for my husband to return the truck using the app. This is a huge time chunk on a moving day, and makes moving day much more stressful. The app/mobile check-in, which was advertised as a quicker, more seamless check-in, is exactly the opposite. This was almost enough to keep us from using U-Haul again.Matthew H.
Your app was broken I couldn't add pictures to check in my vehicle myself and I had to wait on hold for over an hour and it was awful I really had other things to do and it was super hot outside really bad fix your thing. Mr Marsh has a nice lot though, very nice man very professional.Susan M.

The experience was unpleasant from start to finish. There was no equipment available though I reserved it, & no one could account for it except by saying that they have shortages. As a result, a one day move is turning into a 3 day move. Still I have no furniture dolly to lift very heavy pieces of furniture.Okera A.

The online check-in process was pretty bad. I had to provide the same set of information about my driver's license and credit card online when I made the reservation, again in the parking lot on my phone when trying to pick up the truck, and again in the office with the representative when the online system failed.Matthew J.

I originally had an issue with the lock box. It would've been convenient to have someone onsite as it was 10 am. When I called U-Haul, they were going to send me to a different location, however due to when I booked this location, there was not the same vehicle at any other location that was convenient.Philip L.
