Ronard T.The uhaul had a bit of a smell, a blue Powerade was left in the floor from previous person, and the back of the uhaul wasn't very clean. Location was in a convenient area, I couldn't figure out how to get in the gate after receiving the truck number. Had to go in the app and contact support for help after trying to call immediate assistance as shown on gate 3 times with no answer. I feel the truck should be cleaned with disinfectant spray like Lysol to give a clean smell. The over condition of the truck for low miles was upsettingly poor. The steering seemed alittle off and felt like it was starting a transmission slip but what do you expect from something that's probably driven poorly by others. I would've expected more but it helped me help my sister who was in a bind.
