The truck was clean but it looks like it haven’t been rented in a while. It looked that it needed a little love. The app service was good until one point that i have to walk away from truck back to the office to get the key. Defeat a little the purpose of having to do everything in the app

This was a very great experience. I requested a truck nearer to my home but due to high demand there wasn't one available. I kept trying to get them to change it. However, there were still none available anywhere else. I would like to report that this location was worth the long trip. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. These guys are GREAT!! Within minutes of making my reservations for a trailer rental via UHaul.com these guys called me directly to confirm and make sure I had directions to their location. There was no key in the assigned box for my truck pick up. I had to wait for an employee of the participating location to arrive who went on to tell me the app is flawed. Seemed like he held the key inside or it was in another box. I lost an hours time picking up my rental in the process.

I was charged incorrectly for mileage instead of 34 ml I was charge for 54 ml which resulted in overcharge $23.80. I rented to drive from Costco Davie that it's next door to Pops Fleet to Costco at Pembroke Pines. I took track at 4:45 pm, return next 4 hours. Odometer was malfunctioning , reading was wrong. This amount should be credited back. I'm going to rent at Home Depot for short time local driving , never again at U-Haul. Home Depot has bigger tracks now that are in great condition and there no overcharging.

The gentleman who checked me out was very unprofessional. He did not care what my actual address was and just put in whatever, saying that it was not really that important. Then, he did not even give me the opportunity to go and inspect the vehicle before signing off on the rental agreement (maybe because I had purchased the insurance protection plan). The whole experience was weird. The good thing is that I got moved what I needed to, thankfully.

Still waiting to hear from your company with a RMA to return straps that I could not use because they were not with the trailer, Your rental site (computer) is deceiving, thought I was renting/purchasing straps with the trailer, arrived to rent the trailer no straps. Straps are coming in the mail at a later date. How can I rent the motorcycle trailer with no straps?, Could not rent the trailer, had to go out and purchase my own straps....This is two different issues, Your computer site sucks and I tried calling waited 30 minutes on a phone to talk to someone,(never did) however the rental place was great and the so was the manager...Very poor customer service on the phone/computer....

Rob and the guys at Pops fleet are the epitome of friendly customer service. From the hook up and return process to the maintenance of equipment, everything is a pleasure. The Uhaul online forms take longer than anything else. Maybe allow returning customers to have their information on file to lesson the time it takes to fill out forms.

I had a good experience. Staff was friendly, the truck gave me no problems and the price was just. However, I did notice that the trucks are left out in the open and the trucks gas tanks are easy to access for anyone. This could be a problem for customers returning them after hours.
