I made a mistake and had ordered wrong size, the lady fixed issue and got me the right one, she was very niceDeWayne H.
I was told the truck had 3/4 tank of gas in it when I rented it. Upon getting inside of it and starting it, I noticed it had less than 3/4 tank of gas. I drove the truck 15.9 miles, I put 3.779 gallons of gas in it before returning. The gas station is 1.1 miles away from the drop off location. The next day I received a receipt from UHaul and noticed $14.40 gas charge. I the follwing message to UHaul, but did not receive a response: Hello, Can you tell me what the gas charge of $14.40 is for? When I got in the truck before I left, the gas gauge was not on the 3/4 tank mark, it was more like between 1/2 and 3/4. I did put gas in the truck before I returned it, I am attaching a copy of my receipt from the gas station. I put in 3.779 gallons. I drove the truck 15.9 miles. That would come out to 4.20 miles per gallon. Thank youPeggy S.
The guy has no idea what hes doing. The appliance dolly was old. Has to drive with headlights on whole time to see the road. The drivers door would not shut tight and freezing cold came in. Over all experience was awful. Also the loaction hours are different than uhaul has they close earlier than listed.Erin M.

I couldn't get a receipt. When I picked up the trailer the lights didn't work and I was told they could maybe fix the following day. I received a call the next day saying someone would come to the house to fix it. They never showed up. My card was charged 3 times which caused my account to run negative. I then was charged insufficient fund fees by my bank. I was also left stranded out in the middle of nowhere with my wife and two small children and no money for days because my account was drained. When I dropped it off I was told to call customer service. I called customer service 3 times and eventually was told I would get the additional charges refunded in a 3-5 business days. That didn't help especially since it was a Friday. So now add the weekend to th3 3-5 business days. Overall it was a horrible experience. Leaving a family stranded is horrible! I stood in front of a register at the drop off but couldn't get my money refunded then. I'd have to wait 3-5 business days.Clinton W.

These people were very helpful. The issue I had was that they were my third stop at a U-Haul to try to drop off the trailer I rented. The first location listed on my contract had road construction in front and no driveway access. They had zero U-Haul equipment on their lot because they couldn't apparently get anyone into their lot. The second location I tried told me that they did not take trailers, only trucks. By the time I found the people in Crystal City, I was late on the return time and U-Haul initially wanted to charge me a full extra day. The last place called U-Haul and got the extra charge removed. I was told that I could will-call drop off the trailer when I rented it. Not trueMark T.
