The unit had unrecorded damage which was rectified by marking the areas by the representative. Prior to securing the vehicle, I told the representative that I was in need of a ramp 10 to 12 feet in length and was assured that the 26' unit was equipped with this length ramp It was not longer than 8' at best which ended up costing me an additional 250 Dollars in man hours for loading and unloading.
