Thereas BWas disappointed the truck was not available when we arrived, so the manager gave us the truck smaller. There was no reduced rate which I didn't understand. So we needed to have some others with pickups help when we should have been able to fit it all if we had the truck we reserved. We rented round trip but by the time we paid mileage we would have probably done better renting one way.

Those people need a Del Carnegie class on how to deal with the public and treat the customer with some level of respect and courtesy . The people in Crump Tenn were great .Big Thanks to them ! They showed us great sympathy too as to our horrible experience. Compassionate human beings .

Billy WThis is my go to uhaul location for drop. I think I've dropped off four trucks at this location. Even though they were closed when I dropped off my last truck, they still provided excellent customer service. I attempted to drop off my truck with the uhaul app which crashed every time I tried to take a picture of the odometer and gas. I called the number posted on their building which was answered immediately. She told me that I could leave the truck and she would check it in for me next morning. Early the next morning I received an email showing my successful check in. That is true customer service.
Steven CThat do need to mark the fuel gage on the trucks when they come in. I left more in the tank than when I picked it up. Got charged for 4 gal of gas. I have pics 2 prove it

Michele SHad to use 26ft truck because they had no other trucks on site tires on transport were dry rotted and had two flat tires about 100 miles from starting pointing point of 450 mile trip. had to wait along a very busy 70 mph interstate for 5 and 1/2 hours to get replacement. Worst trip i have ever made. One head light was out.
