How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have used Franklin Country Store several times. They are very convenient, super nice and helpful. I will definitely rent any uhauls I need from them in the future!
Sara MWell, improve your app for one, and secondly, I couldn’t even get your website to work. It took me HOURS just to pick up the truck because of this. I chatted with and phoned with multiple customer service representatives at all no avail. They were NOT helpful at all. Somehow some way I just miraculously got it to finally work, but I was incredibly late and so my first hired mover did a no-show and I had to get a refund for that and then I had to find someone else who could help me pack and move at the very last minute late at night, which was quite a bit more pricey to say the least. Lastly, please explain how the original price jumped significantly higher at the end of the rental after I returned it.
Amy DSo far so good! Very helpful
