Took an hour because you guys have a location on the website that no longer works with uhual if U-Haul asked me how my experience with their own company was I would give zero stars I was in the middle of moving and honestly did not have the time to waste to sit there on hold waiting for you guys to figure it out.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHow can I submit a review for a rental that I did not rent. This was a FRAUD RENTAL. I did not rent this truck on this day. Someone used my name, my phone number and email address to rent this truck. What ID was used to rent this truck and it was not my ID. I called this office regarding this fraud rental and someone said they would call me back but never did. I will be reporting this fraud to the Corporate Office.
