I like this return location. It's very convenient and close to free way. It's a safe neighborhood. I like it the most is that there is a drop box for the key return after office hours. Also before returned the truck, I called uhaul. The operator that I spoke with, is so helpful, her voice is music! Great! Great!!

Reserved 10ft truck got and was charged for 15ft. Had to wait for 10-15 min for attendant to arrive to help us.

We rented this trailer,and asked about one way and a return route. I must have misunderstood what was said. I was told $142.27 for round trip and a little over $202 one way. If I dropped off the trailer in casa grande earlier there would no refund and the rate would be $202. That was acceptable. I went to unwilling casa grande was trying to drop it off there. Nancy returned the trailer, but was told it would cost over $450.00 dollars. I said no way, I would just return the trailer to colfax ca. Customer service would not work with us in any way, could figure out how to help return the trailer back to our contract. Nancy worked several hours and the contract was opened again. When I return the trailer to colfax it was stilled closed. Pam again had to uhaul customer service to work this out. Your customer service department needs a lot of help, because they don't try to help your customers. I have using uhaul since 1964. This will be our last time!!!

He was Not in the office, which caused unnecessary waiting and inconvenience for myself and others who were assisting me with a ride. Was inefficient,, rude, slow and inconsiderate, and wrongfully charged me for fuel as I submitted my paperwork to The Rummage Rack, and according to the Service Assistant in Richmond was the correct amount of actual fuel upon insoection, " Leas than 3/4 of a tank ".

It was my understanding that a hand truck dolly would be available with the truck. There was nothing inside the truck. Fortunately, a friend had those items and we were well equipped

Their office/store was very clean, well stocked, and very well organized. The property in general and the storage unit were clean. The location and people at the location were amazing...the online process for reserving and dropping off is not aligned with what happens (prefered location apparently means nothing for pick ups or drop offs regardless of customer convenience) and is to say the least frustrating.

Pam helped me find her location in Colfax. She was patient as I was a bit disorganized and upset. She made the paperwork easy and clear. She told me the process first, and then proceeded with the steps. She was so kind. She asked how my move went and if there was anything I needed. I ended up renting a storage unit from her as well and am so very happy. I will refer UHaul at both locations and the kind, sufficient people that work there too!

We were told that the reason the truck was open was that the truck had probably been used to haul some kind of plant that left a horrible smell and that they had cleaned it to the best of their ability. When we dropped it off at the place where we were diverted to we are getting a bill from them for cleaning when we left it clean.

Uhaul had me dropping off at 954 EVERGREEN LN MEADOW VISTA, CA 95722 25 miles out of my way instead of colfax as I had requested. They said that drop off location was full but only after I was on the road. I called the colfax uhaul and they were wonderful to take my truck. Seems suspicious that uhaul wanted me to drive that extra hour! Perhaps they need a truck in that size ???
