When we rented the truck it had a flat rear tire. The receptionist said that We had to call roadside assistance to get it filled. We had to delay our move by a day because of this because we had to wait till 10 o'clock at night for someone to come and fix the seal on the tire. The truck was dirty and there was garbage in both of the door pockets. The whole experience was very frustrating and inconvenient. The receptionist also put my email in wrong so that I didn't receive my rental contract. I had to go back in and check and she had made two spelling errors both in my last name and email provider.

The 20 foot cargo van had enough power to haul my good down the 401 to where we now live. The people I felt with were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

The box light did not go off even when it was turned off in the cab. We a few times and also checked for additional switches but could not find a way to turn it off. Maybe good to check the switch for breakage so the battery does not drain for a customer if left alone for a period of time.

Lots of room to park the truck which was good because the alternates were not accessible without a car. Note. It was not clear where to leave the keys. There was no marked lock box or sign.

Let the customer know that you need to take pictures of the inside of the vehicle and final odometer reading if your returning the vehicle if the facility is closed of the fuel gauge and odometer before leaving

Wasn't impressed that i had booked a 26'truck and the day before uhaul changed it to a 20', stating the location I was picking it up from doesn't have a 26', yet the day I picked up and returned the truck a 26' was in the parking lot. I do have to say Cassandra was a great help with the mixup, she made everything tolerable.
