Representative went above and beyond when we discovered they trailer lights were not working on our truck. She stayed passed closing time to help us figure out what the problem was. When we decided to go home and get another truck to pull the trailer she provided us with a gate code to get in and pick up the trailer. Exemplary example of customer service. Thank you
