Bad battery no one would answer, sat in truck so long my legs from my neuropathy went numb and I fell out.

TERRY W.I don't know who it was who called me a day early. I don't believe it was anyone from JT's. But again, the lady was very rude and wanted to know if I would be returning the truck on time. Why was there even a question whether I would return the truck on time? In fact, I returned the truck 12 hours early. Did I get a refund for returning early? Nope! I've always used Uhaul, but I've never been treated so badly before!
