Gregory S.I ordered a appliance dolly and it was not included yet I'm still being charged for it. Also we filled the gas up to where it was when we got it yet I'm being charged a fuel surcharge. I got the U-Haul on Sunday 2/26 and the transaction is still pending as of Thursday 3/2 but the amount of the pending transaction keeps changing. Overall not a good experience.
