I think the counter person has ancillary responsibilities in their attached storage facility which caused a wait to return the truck. Probably not a huge priority for them since many or most just drop the keys. I had to speak to them. UPS driver also could not wait that long to hand deliver a package so instead left a "sorry we missed you" post

Excellent service
ANNIE HHave someone in the office at the most popular time a truck is usually needed in the morning afternoon and late evening my rental and return was a complete disaster that your truck for an hour and a half give or take a minute and it showed that still had it the following day when I came back to return it at 1:30 renting it at 11:00 they going to lunch I called 30 minutes later after returning the truck putting the key in the slide still no answer call it again 2 hours later still no answer next morning I call still no answer talk to customer service the young lady told me it still showed that I had the truck I am out done very very disappointed in this service you get a zero on my score
