The Lady who works for Spring Grove Storage, attitude was nasty. She added all kinda fees after i was quoted one thing on the phone. She needs to work on her customer service skills. She told my husband he waa difficult because he was asking questions and the fees and policies. The whole point of phone RSVP should make the pick up process alot easier and shorter but ita seems to be long and out drawn just to give the same info in person as I did on the phone. I rented a truck and the truck wasnt back so i had to get a bigger truck that i didnt need. Im overall juat not happyCIARA F.

The person I picked up the truck from was very nice. I was unable to check in the truck using my phone so I called the office the next morning and spoke with Monica (she said she was the supervisor at the Spring Grove Avenue location in Cincinnati Ohio), she was so unnecessarily rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. I would never recommend the spring grove location to anyone. The woman was rude to my girlfriend. Tricked her into signing up for insurance by making her think she had to, even though in the reservation we chose to not take the insurance because our car insurance covers rentals. Then to â€œcheck inâ€ the truck we were told to call an 800 number... after 30-40 mins on hold we finally left and tried to see if we could do it online, which we were never told we could, and come to find out I guess we were .9 miles away when we finally checked it in online so we were charged an additional $20. When I call the woman from the store she told me, uhaul isn't even her main business and this isn't her problem and that it's our fault for choosing uhaul. I've used uhaul probably a dozen times over the last 4 years and I've never had an issue until now.KARISSA B.
Well, I was charged an after hour fee which is ridiculous considering I never stated I would make it back before the store closed a customer can't control traffic and the location I went to didn't have what I needed so I had to go to another location I never said I would be back by 5ROBERT K.

The whole process was a nightmare! I tried logging in on the app because it was a Sunday and the office was closed. I got no email or text for confirmation although they took my info and credit card number. I wasn't sent a reservation number to be able to pull my info up on the app. I had to call U-Haul and wait forever on hold three different times to help me through the process. I was given a code to get the key and the key they gave me access to was for the wrong truck! Everything that could go wrong went wrong on top of the app was not easily navigated.
