The location was walking distance from my home which made pick up and return very easy

James P.Staff was rude. My reservation was for 11AM, I got there at 10:50 AM and I ended up driving off the lot at 11:51 AM. When I returned they refused to give me a receipt and I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get one in the email. They were trash, throw them in the garbage.
