Although the pick-up location was an auto shop, it was quite dirty. I added my son as an additional driver and they would not allow him to pick up the rental. The employee stated his boss told him not to rent to anyone who didn't create the contract because they were in fear of 'stolen identities'. We had to contact the help line and have them speak to the owner. This caused us to be late in delivering the items to our customers which we had to compensate for time lost. Additionally, they tried to charge an after hour fee although we returned the truck earlier than anticipated. I will not rent from them again.

If you didn't see the u-hail vehicles parked on the street, you wouldn't know where to go. There's no signage letting you know where to go for service. The man working the u-haul portion of the business, didn't know how to use the equipment. I ordered 1/2 a pack of furniture pads and a dolly, I received 1 used furniture pad and didn't use the dolly and was still charged for it because he didn't know how to take it off the order. The van's gas tank was close to E. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Rented the truck and went less than 1.5 miles(up the street) and the emailed receipt said I used 25 miles and that I returned it the next day! I had it 4 hrs and went maybe 1 mile

Staff was rude. My reservation was for 11AM, I got there at 10:50 AM and I ended up driving off the lot at 11:51 AM. When I returned they refused to give me a receipt and I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get one in the email. They were trash, throw them in the garbage.

Give the customer the vehicle they reserved. Better customer service. A drop box for keys. Clean the vehicle out. Check out the customer while they are there not three days after.

They still haven't checked the truck in and sent me a final bill I also took pictures of the truck inside and out of the mileage and the gas hand and the inside of the trailer It was a hanger and some other object on the inside floor I called them and they said that they were checking the truck in this morning I never received any information from them nor did I receive an email back from them I am still waiting? I was I overcharged. They put 50 miles on my receipt when I only went 31. The speedometer doesn't work so where did you even get this number. Ac didn't work, check engine light was on and I didn't even receive credit for the extra gas I put back in after.

Check air pressure in tires. HAVE alternate connections with uhaul. (I could not get a truck when l arrived because the system was down and I was charged an extra day because I did could not get a truck until later. I then had to take the truck back to have air put in the tire.

Truck was dirty, one of the headlights was out and when I returned the truck the supervisor was there and he was super rude and very disrespectful. We got into a altercation because he thought I was someone else that supposed to been dropped a truck off. I also seen that I was over charged as well.

Guy did not even want accept the trailer because he doesn't even know that drop off is 24/7 and on U-Haul web site clearly says to leave it on the parking lot not on the street as he demanded to. He was so rude and he was yelling at me like I was his worst enemy!!

Very unprofessional, they gave me the wrong truck so after I left the regional manager called and asked me to come back to switch trucks and I was half way to my destination. I would never rent a truck from uhaul again it's a big inconvenience and it's overpriced.

I rented a Uhaul and furniture pads. Upon pickup I was told the furniture pads weren't available, yet they still charged me for them. And three days later, a completely new charge was applied to my account saying I drove a ridiculously large amount of mileage that was completely false. There is some fraudulent activity happening here and I am still trying to get my money back! 0/10 recommend! Worst experience and while I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for the past 24 hours, I finally received an email back that disregarded everything I mentioned with no resolution in sight! Never again and I'll be sure to report this to the Better Business Bureau!

I am requesting a call back, the charges were doubled ans the vehicle wasn't inspected apparently. I fueled it pass the requirement and the insurance charges were doubled and the mileage as well. I would like a call back asap 773-367-2159. This is the worst experience ever with Uhaul and this location should not be able to represent your company.

This is about where I picked up the truck it has nothing to do with u-haul which sucks. They double book the truck I had to wait. I tried calling u-haul and I was on hold forever and never got thru and now you guys owe me money and there has been no communication to me on how I will receive my money. I would not recommend u-haul to anyone.

Clean, not Happy l put gas n van they said it wasn't enough. Its ridiculous to charge 4 the gas and then add a service fee. I've never rented a uhaul item before and with this it will b my last time. So angry !!!!!!

The person who checked me out for the Uhaul disappeared when it was time for me to check the van in Someone else who was there didn't know how to work the computer so which led to me not receiving anything type of proof that I brought the vehicle in a hour in a half early and didn't get in touch with me with anything. Poor service I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location.
