Did not explain the return process to us correctly. We were unable to take photos of the truck needed for the return because we took a picture of the mileage as we were told to and put the keys in the drop box. As I began the return on my phone I realized we could have taken these phones to ensure we didn't get charged for anything else which was very frustrating.

christie cThe people at maple city were very nice. Took a little long to get my u-haul but that was the least of my worries as I had a reservation I made pushed back 2 days and had to spend extra on gas because the only u-haul available was 1 hour away, without even offering compensation on gas. So even though I would recommend Maple City for u-haul, I will likely not be recommending U-haul overall.
