Quick, easy, and simple.
Associate was very kind and accommodated me after have been given a vehicle with a flat tire. Had issues with billing not having the correct vehicle, has amount and being charged $20 for gas but someone refunded m.

The pick up location was very poor. The truck was in very poor condition and filthy. The fact that we are in a pandemic and the cab was not even cleaned from last person with dirty seat, wheel windows , garbage and awful. Smelled and unacceptable. Also the truck did not start on first try and sounded like it was going to stall out. Then the check engine light came on. I spoke to manager and asked for another truck and they said can't provided. There was a newer truck on site and they refused to change for me. A newer truck was in the lot and they refused to exchange or find another location. I had a 900 mile trip ahead of me. The manager did nothing. I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning the cab before my trip and ride 900 miles staring at the check engine light. The truck made it but sounded like it was about to break down making all kinds of noises and whistles. I cannot believe Uhaul operates this way during a pandemic. I would like a major discount since I had to clean my own truck, ride with the worry of a check engine light and poor customer service. I would like to speak with a manager in addition to this response. I still have more to move but will not be using U-Haul. Please have someone contact me and I would appreciate a discount on the amount I paid in full upfront before all this happened. I would have never accepted the truck but I had been asked to pay prior to seeing the truck and was refused a change in vehicles. I've had better experiences with Uhaul management and staff compared to the gentlemen helped with my trailer.
We dropped off after hours, so we did not go inside or interact with personnel. The u-haul app drop off was super easy. We so appreciated being able to drop off after hours.
Give Dennis a raise! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Smile (under the mask) goes a long way.

The entire process was simple from booking to pick-up to drop-off. Great job.
The lady that is the GM is very rude. The should check the truck in there self before the next reservation. Instead of having people check the truck in when they are coming to pick the truck up.

Had to hitch up the trailer myself. No help. Told to do it myself! Printer did not work so no hard copy of contract available.
My van had a directional signal (left rear turn signal) that did not work. Also, the packing blankets that I ordered were not in the truck when I arrived (8am) and the facility was not open to get them. Finally, when I reserved by vehicle, I inquired about mattress covers (standard moving need available a other locations), and none were available.
Appreciated the contactless capability by checking in on line. Really fast transaction once I arrived.

Firstly, this location never answers the phone. I rented a 20' truck for 4 hours (1:08pm- 5pm), which had cigarette ashes in the ashtray, and extra equipment in the back. I didn't think much of it because I was pressed for time. Upon returning, I was told by an associate to drop the keys in the drop box out front. I assumed this was COVID protocol (obviously there was no protocol because the truck was still dirty when I got it).I viewed my invoice the next day and I was charged a $50 cleaning fee, I was charged as if I didn't return it on time and the return wasn't logged until 9am the next morning. I was charged various fees for a â€œlate returnâ€, plus the cleaning fee, the equipment that I did not order, and twice the original rate. When I called to dispute the charges, I was on hold for 30 minutes. When someone finally answered, I was rushed off the phone as if the lady couldn't care less about my injustice. As I was beginning to explain the ordeal, she cut me off and told me to â€œcall corporate because we don't have access to financial recordsâ€. When I called â€œcorporateâ€, I was on hold for another 20 minutes, until the automated voice told me to â€œcall back tomorrowâ€ and ended the call. If the truck was never cleaned of the ashes, it definitely wasn't cleaned for COVID. I will not be returning to this location, besides to complain about the inaccurate billing.
While the attendant was helpful, she was unable to help me get the trailer off my hitch. After 2-3 tries, i managed to DROP the coupling off my hitch/ball. Somewhat dangerous. Tongue weight of the 6'x12' cargo trailer warrants having a device installed on trailer to crank up/down the trailer tongue. I am fortunate to only have a sore back - could have been much worse.
Van was clean but missing main right side mirror. Also, while driving indicator flashed on and off that rear door was ajar but it wasn't...at night this caused interior light to come on and off while driving. Upon return, I was charged $10.50 for gas even though I bought more gas than I used.

Clean your trucks! I had to clean and sanitize my rental truck and equipment before taking it off the lot, which delayed my trip! I should have been compensated for having to do so. Instead, I received an apology.
When we dropped off the U-Haul the gentleman behind the counter wanted us to do everything due to Covid. I feel like I already had a bad experience with U-Haul that I did not want to do extra stuff I just wanted to drop the keys off and leave.
