Jim at BRI Storage was great! He went way beyond what anyone would expect to help me out with a challenging truck return. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend this location.

Karen KProblems picking up trailer. Uhaul Center in Lexington, Kentucky on New Circle Road very unhelpful in returning it.
ROBERT PThe pick up was exceptionally easy. The gentleman took his time to explain everything, and also walked around the truck to help look for damage prior to transferring it over to me.
John HFailed to be there for a scheduled pick up appt. Had to call U-Haul customer support to switch our pickup to mobile.
