I accidentally left my wallet in the van I rented and dropped it off after hours. Locking the doors and depositing the key into the return after hours box. When I got home I realized what I had done. I called them and they held my wallet for me till I was able to pick it up the next morning. Thank you so much!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnly thing good i can say is Nia was nice and helped me get what I needed for my reservation, however the trailer i rented was dirty, pulled terrible, and took too long to get this location. If there was a united rentals nearby I would have used them over uhaul with how everything with uhaul happened.
Cory BLocation was friendly and punctual. I was on the road within 10 minutes of my scheduled pickup time.
Nicholas DSuper helpful and friendly service had a beautiful poodle that greeted us and a sweet kitten mascot. Knowledgeable and caring willing to go the extra mile to help us figure out the app and get everything correct
Marta wCalled the number given to talk to drop off location, and no one answered. Left a message with them, and still haven’t had a response from them 2 days later! Glad Uhaul has an online check-in otherwise I’d probably still be waiting! I DO NOT recommend this location!
