Really bad experience. I showed up with the trailer cleaned and ready to return, parked in the driveway, and said good morning to the staff and asked where I should leave it. They barely looked at me and just said, “Next to the building.” I backed the trailer up and parked it there, and then one of the employees told me, very rudely, that this wasn’t what he had told me. When I politely asked if he needed anything else from me to complete the return, he didn’t even look at me and just shook his head. On top of that, the location looked like an abandoned house, and it felt anything but welcoming. Between the rude staff and the condition of the place, I would not recommend this location.
