This location was great. My complaints are with the Mobile Pick-up and Drop-off. There is no indication at the beginning of the Mobile pick-up process, that would need multiple forms of ID at the moment of pick-up, so I did not have multiple forms to submit, and the calling of people for verification process took too long/didn't work very well. The process was very inconvenient, and I had to switch to this location due to the inconvenience, since this company was in the office at the time of pick-up. The mobile process in general is not very streamlined and it is very picky about pictures, etc. It takes too long compared to a physical pick up and and drop-off. This mobile service adds stress and frustration to the already stressful process of moving. The physical location was great, Uhaul App was horrible. When I tried to move locations/cancel orders with the first place which wasn't available for the physical pick-up, I wasn't able to fix the issues, but luckily this nearby location was able to help.

Dorothy SWe have used this U-Haul location for our rentals many times over the years. Always have plenty of inventory so last minute rentals don't seem to be a problem. Online check-in is a bonus. Courteous staff.

JUSTIN OOne the lower rails inside the truck, on the left-hand side, looking-in from the back, was loose (not attached to the side of the truck). That should be fixed before the next customer uses this truck.

KATHRYN BYour staff treated me with no respect or basic customer service. When I walked up to the front desk, the woman said to me "what do you want". She picked up the keys and handed it to her coworker to give to me even though she was right in front of me. I had also ordered two dollies and explained that to them, but no one gave that to me. I expect this to me take off of my bill. This experience was RACIST and i will be writing a Google review and steering people away from this business. Horrible! Train your employees to have respect for human beings

DENNIS SCustomer service was rude and impatient. The truck wouldn't start due to the cold weather maybe but I couldn't use the truck and needed help. Guy at the desk didn't care and told me to call the 1-800 U-Haul number. The mechanic got it started and said to leave it running so it wouldn't be a problem again. Then charged for the extra gas when it should've been free for having to deal with the issue. Customer is always right and under the stress of moving the people at the desk should care.

BRIJESH MA Frustrating Moving Nightmare My recent experience with U-Haul was nothing short of a complete disaster that turned what should have been a simple moving process into an incredibly stressful experience. From the moment I picked up the truck, everything went wrong. After driving 40 minutes to the pickup location, I discovered that the truck's back door was inexplicably locked, with no way to access it. When I contacted the original U-Haul location for assistance, they were utterly unhelpful, providing a non-responsive customer service number that led to nowhere. The situation escalated when U-Haul's customer service initially suggested returning the truck and starting over-a completely impractical solution that would have wasted hours of my valuable time. Eventually, they directed me to a nearby store, which proved to be another layer of frustration. Upon arrival, I spent an additional 10 minutes unsuccessfully trying to unlock the truck, with staff members seemingly indifferent to my predicament. The most insulting part of the experience was the rudeness of the store employee, who appeared more concerned about closing up shop than helping a customer in need. What truly angered me was being charged for a service that was fundamentally unusable. I was forced to pay for a truck with an inaccessible back door. The lack of accountability from the first U-Haul location, which provided a truck with an unknown lock, cascaded into a day-long nightmare that completely disrupted my moving plans. The customer service representative's offer of a discount feels like a mere Band-Aid on a much larger issue of systematic incompetence and poor customer treatment. I cannot recommend U-Haul based on this experience and would caution anyone planning a move to carefully consider alternative moving truck services.

MICHAEL WI believe the gentleman who assisted me, his name might have been Greg. He was as professional as it gets. Great and quick customer service. My trip happened to be canceled and my return went smoothly. I couldn't have had a better experience. I will definitely be recommending this location and U-haul as a company.
MICHAEL AWe needed a last-minute van rental, but the site didn't have one they could rent to us.. The team quickly worked with us to determine a return time that would solve our problems and meet the needs of their other customers. Excellent work!
TERESA SWhen I picked up the Uhaul it the gas was nearly on E. So when I returned it , I returned it the way that It was given and I was charged and extra $17 for gas. I should not have had to put gas in the Uhaul. I thought we were supposed to return it the way we received it. They person who helped me seemed very disheveled so maybe he just looked and the wrong gage. Not sure but I will never use Cary Moving again. I like excellence and I did not get it at this location.
