Self Drop Off/Check-in of the equipment was flawless. Never needed to go inside to talk to anyone which I appreciate.
ROBERT KIt was a gas station at the side of the road with a few Uhaul trucks and trailers parked in a grass lot on the side of the station. The proprietor couldn't be bother to assist in disconnecting the trailer or gathering the required information to return the trailer. A decent experience, but not overwhelming.
MATTHEW WThe person who attended us was rude and arrogant. He didn't want to rent it because, according to him, it was until 7:00 pm, and it was 8:00 pm. When I called the company, they told me I had until 8:45 pm.
Pedro CCustomer service rep was excellent and professional. That said, this convenient store U-Haul location is not equipped or resourced to care for vehicles and did not have the dolly that I reserved. The truck interior was filthy, and had suffered from more than a few carbonated beverage explosions. It required two dozen disinfectant wipes to prep it for human use. The exterior of the truck showed evidence of several accidents including a front end impact that had bent the front bumper and driver’s side lower box skirt that was bent and curled up to the undercarriage in front of the rear tire.
