Dual business site. The UHaul employee was out for the day. A very nice woman assisted us. She didn't have credentials to do the point of sale. She had to call someone to do it by phone. She handed us the keys. No instructions, etc. We later called UHaul in Harlingen TX, and Marcus was excellent. He helped us load the car on the trailer, and answered all of our questions. When we reached Colorado we hit rain and the driver's side windshield wiper was not working properly, the rubber was only on half of the blade.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave someone who works there who knows what they're doing. Took forever to get the truck because the gentleman, who was nice, had to keep calling others for help with the check-in process. Also, it was a security company renting out U-Hauls.
