Stay open later than 12:30 Saturday afternoon. I had to do self check in. And hire an employee or two to speed up service. On a previous visit, he took a long time to get me checked out, and then told me he doesn’t even want to do UHaul service any more, because it takes him away from his other business and is not profitable.

The store owner needs some training on helping customers with the online/mobile ordering process - which, by the way, is exceedingly glitchy. But when neither the customer nor the store owner knows what to do, that causes real problems on what is guaranteed to be an already stressful day for every single customer who finds themselves in need of a U Haul.

I wasn’t told that there were miles I can’t go over. This is advertised at 39$. My total was 109$. Wasn’t bad I can handle that. The previous person left their keys in the car. I was trying to be a good person and drove it to the original dealer. I was charged 300$ for going over miles. That is absolutely unacceptable. Way too much money. I would rather make 50 trips in my car than ever rent one of these trucks again.
