Was charged a fuel fee when we put gas into the vehicle leaving it with more than when rented. I will be seeking a refund if those fees asap
Anne P.When I got there I had to wait the clerk didn't know I had a reservation the truck had no wraps to hold anything down the dolly was all over the place banging while driving the return was difficult the miles I was charged wasn't right so it made the charge more I was also charged a 15 fee that I never added to my reservation
