I left keys to truck in door slot at 4:45 pm. They said open until 5 but door was already locked to office.

The person checking me out was not very friendly. Twice I've had issues with returning the truck using the return app. The truck was not very clean, trash and liquid dried in the cup holders.

All of your trailers absolutely need jackstands on them, I actually hurt my back pretty bad loading and unloading the trailer on and off of my truck. I am not sure who made the decision to cut cost but never in my life have I ever seen a trailer without a jackstand

The employee Scott was extremely condescending and short. Zero people skills and zero customer service. There was a young man, I'm not sure of his name, made up for Scott's poor management/leadership skills.

Scott was the associate that answered the phone and he was very helpful. I dropped the key for the truck in the key drop due to COVID 19 but he really helped out with info on the phone!!
