Awesome people. Only issue: they didn't understand the overdrive feature on the vehicle and how I could disengage it since it was a rainy day, but I figured that out after the fact. Instructions were posted in the vehicle's cabin. Thank you again Alliance for your help!

1) Since the cargo lights did not work, it made unloading at night much more difficult. 2) The leasing agreement was not verbally reviewed with me. 3) I assumed that the $0.99/mi fee included gas (inclusive). I don't recall seeing a gas charge when reserving the truck on-line and/or when I picked-up the truck. 4) I was very surprised/upset to get charged for the miles driven (and at $4.00/gal)??? If I had known that I would get charged for gas too, I would have filled-up the tank at <$2.50/gal so I wouldn't get charged the $4.00/gal by U-haul....I could have saved more than $20.00, but U-haul profited from it. The $4.00/gal should have been disclosed to me!!

The advertised $19.95 is FALSE ADVERTISING. The actual cost for a local move (22 miles) was over $62.00! Read the fine print!!

The only thing that I did not like 2as when I was given the keys. I had to back across two lanes of traffic to leave your location, with an obstructed view.

I reserved a 26 ft truck in Redmond Oregon. They called me 2 days before my reservation and said they could only provide us a 20 ft truck in Bend Oregon. Now I have to make a second trip.

The trailer rental and return was quick and easy at this location. I had reserved a trailer at the Uhaul location on the north end of Bend for a Sunday pick up but the line was so long and slow that I gave up. Really glad I went to SE 2nd Street location on Monday. It was actually much more convenient for me and they were efficient and helpful. I will use this location in the future.

Parking is too small. And with the covid-19 situation having to knock and wait for someone is nuts. Then when I came back for the truck there was another one parked in front of it. Thank goodness the guy was still there, but it said closed we knocked and he finally answered..

Hours of operation should appear on contract. Notify people if using app, turn on location services. Inside and outside of truck fairly dirty. Light on dash at time of pickup: Washer fluid low.
