CRYSTAL H.You did not have the dolly I requested, so I took something that wasn't as useful. It was very heavy and the person at the counter did not assist me at all in getting the dolly to the van. It was very windy and rainy and I am 62 years old, but I had to negotiate getting a 35-50 pound dolly out the door and up into the back of a van while a 25 year old sat at a counter and did not even keep the door from slamming into me in the wind. My agreement indicated that the extra materials would already be loaded. PLUS the van smelled like the monkey house at the zoo. Finally, when I returned the van, although it was during normal business hours, the location was closed. So again I dealt with the elements to get the van returned via the mobile app. Not pleased.
