Paid for and had an appointment time to load car onto auto transport for towing behind the UHaul truck. Mary Jane, the UHaul person "helping" us seemed to have zero care for the customer and when directing us onto the auto transport failed to direct me correctly which resulted to scraping the right underside of our car. She had our truck parked incorrectly which resulted in the car being too low for loading. She then rushed through the hookup and on our first night stop we saw that the straps had totally come off of one front tire. We were alarmed to see this as we were on our way for a 2400 mile trip.This could have been dangerous to us, our car and other motorists. Really not acceptable. Very poor setup and poor customer relationship.

Excellent service. I had a fuse burned out and a loose wire for the trailer light hookup and they fixed this for me and got me on my way. Will ways use uhaul and recommended them to my friends and family.

My contract was 93540891. More staff at check in desk. 30 minute wait times are disappointing. I returned the vehicle to Franklin Blvd, Eugene, OR as agreed, but attempting to call them the following morning was unsuccessful and the phones were forwarded to a central number who could not help me. I simply wanted to check I had done everything correctly in returning the vehicle. You need more human beings in your company.

Rented just before closing, returned just after closing next day, still charged for a full 2 days. Not very happy about being charged for the second day. Most uhaul locations will not charge for the second day so close to due time.

The air conditioner did not work!!! We drove almost 900 miles a couple of days that the temperature was in the high 80’s - low 90’s!!! It was miserable!! When we turned in our truck, the guy said we needed to check with the renal place in Oregon about getting a credit! When we went into the Lake Oswego office Saturday to talked to them, the general manager said he’d check into it and get back to us. He thought he had already spoken to us about the air conditioner and already given us a $300 credit but apparently it was another customer who had air conditioning problems with their truck rental! We are still waiting to hear back!

The customer service provided by employee “MJS” was poor. She charged me 6 furniture pads I did not ask for nor receive. She connected auto transport but did not offer information as to how to load and strap vehicle with out being asked. Her attitude was “ there it is” and walked off, but I stopped her and then information was not provided friendly and professionally. I had to add 2 quarts of oil after driving approx 225 miles at a cost of $15.00. I was not informed to keep receipts for reimbursement, not until I reached my destination did I find this out. The knob on the drivers side window handle came off in my hand when I went to roll it down as I was driving down the freeway, this could have proved to be hazardous.

I was overcharged. The stated rate was $29.95/day and I got the vehicle back to the facility before midnight, but I was charged for two days. I got no response when I questioned the charge on your website. I will be looking for other options the next time I need a truck rental.

The mobile app is horrible! We had to search the lot for our truck for 30 minutes and then still had to go in for the key. It advertised "Skip the Line" and we still had to wait in line. They couldn't find the keys, we had to get another truck and the truck had less gas than what they reported. We also said we wanted to return it in VANCOUVER, WA. It listed an address that matched a street in Vancouver. When we went to return it, it was a street of the same name but in Portland OR. Ugh! And we couldn't return it until we talked to the scheduling office the next day. Terrible experience!

I had to wait for a while with no one coming to help me--they were busy with three trucks pulled in just in front of me. Finally, after about 10 minutes, I got out and walked around looking for someone. A latino person waved at me but I wasn't sure what he meant; I followed a short distance until he turned around, noticed I wasn't driving around, and waved at me again. Better communication and quick response to people just driving up would be appreciated.

I did the reservation online and showed up on time, the truck wasn't ready until 15 minutes later (after I checked in). The mileage on the truck was incorrect, people who work in this location aren't very happy and it affects how they treat customers.

Poor communication. Misleading on towing and not having a hitch to tow with, 25.00 extra! Waiting 35 minutes in line to return the truck to find out it's taken care of by an employee outside, and no need to wait in line. Overall we spent more then an hour in line. More complaints but I don't want to waste anymore time on this.

What's the point of doing the online checkout only to have to repeat everything again once you finally make it to the front counter. Which took 25 minutes, with only two people in front of me. People that mashed reservations should get priority over walk-ins.
