I had no issues on checking however on checkout I was asked to return the 5x8 trailer in its location and unhitched it myself. No charge ! I believe this U haul location does not live up to the U haul standards

As someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, it was refreshing to able to trust I was being taken care of. I had to rent the Uhaul because I was moving over the weekend. The truck was so noisy like helicopter gives earache and other big problem was the truck gear was keep changing in to low gear. Not satisfied at all

We noticed after we got back to Charleston that the brakes were wired incorrectly so when you signaled in the truck to turn left, the trailer signaled it was turning right. I notified upon return, however, they didn't seem like it was a big deal and more than likely won't take care of it, but this is a big safety concern especially when in traffic.

These folks are awesome, they should be the ones that are recommended to pick up from. I will be going back to Beaufort in the near future to move more stuff up to Tennessee, and you can be sure that these are the folks that I'll be renting from. They went way out of they're way to help with a vehicle trailer rental and did it with a smile. KUDOS to these folks.

WHEN I RETURNED TRUCK TO LICKY MART OFF HWY 67 I PASSED 6 DIFFERNT LOCATIONS AND GO ALMOST 25-30 MILES PAST THEM TO GO TO THE LOCATION TO DROP IT OFF. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THE WXTRA MOLES TO TIRN IN THE TRUCK PASSING ALL THESE LOCATIONS. DROP OFF ADDRESS SAID STATESBORO. GA. BUT HAD TO BRING FURNITUR TO PORTAL THEN HAD TO TAKE IT FROM PORTAL. GA TO REGISTER . HA. COULD YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND PLEASE ADJUST CHARGES TO MY CARD. I'VE BEEN INABLE TO WORK BECAUSE OF MY DISABILTY SURGERY S ON A VERY LIMITED FINDS. PICK UP AND DROP OFF UHAUL LOCATIONS WJERE EXCEPTIONAL. AND I TURNED IN THE BERY NEXT DAY MOT THE TWO DAYS I WAS ALLOWED TO KEEP. AND THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING IS HAVING TO HOLD FOR 30 MI ITES PLUS AT TIMES THANKS FOR MY GREAT EXPERIENCE.
