Melvin D.Well let's see, the owner called me an asshole, told me to fuck off! Let's just say I didn't respond in a nice way. I will never, never, never rent from them again. If this is the people you allow to rent to people then you you need to rethink how you allow to rent and represent your company. It is now a mission of mine to post every comment on your website and theirs to make sure that nobody has to to go through the hell I went through to rent a truck for my moms move. I have used Uhaul for the last 30 years and I have never been treated like this by, ummmm let's see, any company in my life! You should be ashamed to let these guys rent your properties. I'm going to the BBB and every online outlet I can find to blast Batavia Postal.

Tyler N.the truck was a piece of garbage. The latch was messed up came undone, door came open as I turned a corner and hit a bump. Lost $1200 on a juke box I had purchase fell off truck into road totally destroyed. U haul claimed it was my fault and not the truck, I even took out there insurance from Repwest totally waste of money. Big scam.
