when we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful to find a 10ft truck though they were trying to tell us they only had a 26ft truck even though there were multiple 10ft trucks on the lot,

I have a lot of rich clients and I'm putting it out there that a new uhual idea is a great business opportunity as the current uhual is a disgrace and poor customer service and reservations mean nothing. A new business would put uhual out of business so easily
