The equipment failed and caused a massive power spike that fried 4 fuses, 2 relays and the brake lights circuit. I was on the side of the road for 5hrs and still have no heard back if they will fix my vehicle. I am now in a rental car out of my pocket because my own is unusable now

Computers kept crashing, truck parked a block away

Back door open on one of the trucks (rain), clearly do not care about condition. Space where truck was parked was tight, had to back out of the space which was tight, with on coming traffic from driveway. I have my commercial license and have lots of experience with trucks, I can only imagine someone who does not having issues.

When I dropped off the trailer at the site provided - I was then told I had to go to another spot and drop it off. Ridiculous.

Charging someone to drive over 35minets to get the truck and promising a rate for Milage and not honouring it and then making them return it to the same location when said they wouldn’t have to is not right! I will never use u-haul again!

You need to give the equipment rented. Last minute change to 20' from 10' reserved. Much too big for my needs.

I tried several times to contact this place by phone the day of the rental and the next day and the next day and they NEVER answer their telephone. I left several messages for them telling them that I put way too much gas into the Van and would need to discuss a rebate. After leaving 4 voice mails........no one ever got back to me. They owe me money back and I am furious. I don't live in Toronto so going in person to visit them is not something I can quickly do. I also got charged an extra $40 on a separate bill for God only knows what!!!!!!

The picking up experience was terrible. The app wasn't working properly it asked for DOB but the requested format of entering the DOB was actually opposite of what they were asking, ie: month day year was actually supposed to entered as day month year, or vice versa, can't remember but it took about 10 tries before I decide to enter the opposite way when it finally worked

Price was a bit on the high side but when you were the only ones with a truck available when i needed it, I didn’t have much choice.
