This is my second time renting a truck from this location and both times I've shown up to find out they don't have any moving blankets (even though I've reserved them each time). No advance notice, just “sorry we don't have any - maybe I can find a couple lying around for you”. Better availability and better communication when they are not available would be much appreciated!

Staff is awesome especially international co-op student, Peter. Mit (pronounced Meet) was also very nice when I dropped keys off. I am not sure if he is another international student. The truck was brought up from Brampton very dirty and full of garbage in the cab especially even an Exacto razor blade in the back I put in a cup holder. I took pictures and walked back to the office to show Peter who offered to clean it but I had already waited in line and no return to phone calls to follow up on 3 messags and multiple attempts to call on Peter's day off the day before to find out the status of availability and time change so I had to go and explained I would not be paying $20 cleaning fee which was accepted no problem. With the location being so busy and not a dedicated U-Haul business, a second person to retrieve messages and answer phone calls would greatly improve the service and stress on both sides. They are only human with one pair of hands. People ahead of me were walk-ins or supposed to be elsewhere. The real kms driven were applied unlike my experience at another location. Their politeness and desire to be helpful was stellar. Best location I have been to thus far. Gracias.

Gasoline was less than they mark, i refilled up to the how it was before but at drop off location they charge me $20 for fuel. they were bit rude when they were trying to explain and insist that 20 cent per mile is equal to 40 cent per kilometer which does not make sense.

I went to this location only to determine the vehicle was at a different location. This was confusing and frustrating. The lock for the key box was not functioning properly. This delayed us an hour and a half. No open facility and the emergency help for the business phone was not being answered.

Employee was good, respectable. Premises looked like a warehouse, stark, zero atmosphere (even a little would make a difference. Place was messy, U-Haul boxes all over the area. Sorry, would not rent from there again. Also, my final invoice has yet to be sent to me, which I should have had Friday.

It would be extremely helpful if you were to have a trailer jack on all of your rental trailers or at least on your larger ones like the 6x12 box trailers. They are heavy to lift and maneuver when you are on your own to get it onto the ball.

Your associate was courteous and professional. The van was slightly dirty inside and outside, one tire needed air.. There is no obvious means that enables cleaning vehicles etc.at this location. Your text messages were good. But, what IF your customer does NOT have a smartphone?.

I booked a 26 ft on March 30th to pick up next day at 4pm. Right after booking, I called this location to confirm my reservation as I knew that its very hard to get 26ft. No body picked my phone, I left voice mail but no response. However, booked was confirmed online so I just relied on that. Next day, I took off early from my work to pick up the truck. I received a phone call at 2:38pm (1:22 hours before pick up) from of an employee from this location and he said that truck is not available until 7pm. One, that was myblast day to leave my old place and move to the new house. 2nd, I requested my friend to help me with moving. 3rd, somebdy could have informed me earlier that that. As that was a week day, getting truck at 7pm was not very pleasant. Anyway, I asked employee to ask his manager to call me. About 10 mins later, manager called me and 1st thing that came out from his mouth was "you want this truck at 7 pm or not" I was shocked. I asked him "this is how you talk to your customers"? He said "whatever, do you want this truck or not"?. Instead of explaining me or listening to my situation, he just wanted to get rid of me. I aksed for his name and he said "O you want to complain? Go a head" as doesn't give a sh*. He also said "decide quick because I have an other customer that book a lot more frequently than you". At this point I was more shocked and surprised and just stop arguing with him because, I, my self in a customer service business and I know this person need a lot of training and coaching. I understand that things can go sideways in business but there are better ways of handling them. I also checked other locations to see if I could get a couple of 15 ft but did not find any. Finally, we came to an agreement that I will pick up at 7pm since I did not have any other choice. He said I will give you a call if I receive the truck earlier than 7pm. Story doesn't end here, my freind and I dicided to go there a little earlier than 7 so in case if the truck comes early, we will grab it asap. We arrived at the location at 6 and trucked was parcked there so then I was like, no body called me, so he didn't want to help a customer at all. Anyway, we got the truck and finished moving at 1 am. I would recommend this manager some training and coaching so he wouldn't represent, a company like Uhaul, in the future. I also wanted to make this clear that employee who called me 1st, was nice and nderstanding and also tried to help me with some available options. Thanks.

You online early pickup was bullshit. The online approval didn't work because the contact number I gave apparently had an outstanding balance. I sat on hold for an hour to speak to someone and didn't get an answer. Why should my rental get denied because of someone else? It was total bullshit and I lost almost 3 hours moving becuase if it. I will never use your service again.

The van i rented was covered in snow and ice and it was up to me to clean the vehicle, scrape the windows, etc. i also have a concern with the clerk taking pictures of my driver's license and credit card. This is identify theft waiting to happen.

I ordered an appliance dolly while booking online. Location did not have one when I arrived the day of my move. As a result my girlfriend and I had to make other arrangements to move our very heavy furniture. Basically we had to manually lift everything ourselves. When I explained this to the location, about how this was severely inconvenient, no attempts were made to resolve this situation. And they just acted like it wasn't their problem. “Oh well”. No alternatives. I had to enquire myself about the dolly. It was on the invoice but nothing was said to me. They tried to hide it. Just very poor service. The uhaul windows were extremely dirty. Was blinded by the other cars lights reflecting on the smudges and dirt on the inside of the window. Had to pull over and clean them.

Clear off the snow from the uhaul trucks before a customer picks them up. Luckily I had my snow brush at the yard still when I got mine, because it has about 3-4 inches of snow on it.

The agent ubdeaktbwith demonstrated a care free attitude. For example, I have a 1-7/8" ball. He said I needed a 2" vall. I asked him to confirm mine would be OK. His response was "should be ok". I had used the ballnon Ottawa and it was fine but did not know of the trailers had different requirements. He also made other comments to that suggested he did not know the answer or did not care

Customer service was not the best. Unfortunately a spelling mistake with our last name made it difficult to find our reservation. We had to call customer service several times to help. We were unsure that we actually had a reservation.We have used Uhaul services in the past and never experienced such difficulty as we did this time.

I made a reservation online and when I showed up to the location indicated, it was closed and when I called the phone of the business they told me they where closed for the day and that my reservation was moved to another location, but when I showed up at the other location they didn't have a vehicle. I called head office and they told me they where going to give me a bigger truck for the same price, when I was charged I got charged the higher price instead of the lower one from the vehicle I reserved for. This is unacceptable terrible customer service and planing

Trailer didn't have proper wiring. The yard for the pick up wasn't near the office. Had to drive the trailer without lights on city streets back to the office to get the wiring harness. By the time I got home to load my trailer there was a flat tire. Couldn't see the trailer had a failing tire because it was sitting on uneven gravel at the pick-up location. Had to pay out of my own pocket to get the tire replaced because I needed done urgently. Will never use Cash Express again!

Help hook up the trailer! It was 3 pm in the afternoon, a quick hand from the uhaul attendant would have been nice! It was heavy by myself to lift trailer tongue, roll trailer forward by pulling trailer and then lifting up and placing onto the hitch ball. A hand would have been nice since I had to drive over an hour to pick up the trailer and then drive over an hour to get home. Paying $164.00 to use the uhaul 6x12 cargo trailer for less than 24 hours! Returned it the next afternoon around 2pm . Thanks! 樂樂樂
