the Equipment I rented that day that was unable to use that was $215.50. Also, the vehicle was on empty and we put in $20 of gas that spilled from the tank — why isn't that reimbursed? Not only did I get several calls days after asking when the equipment would be returned even though it was picked up by roadside assistance that same day — showing complete incompetence and bad communication in your company. Now, I have to inform you that the refund amount is incorrect because no one bothered to check the order total and realize that it had a trailer attached to it — not surprised since the tow truck driver was also not informed of its existence when he pick up the equipment — he stated he wasn't informed. On top of that, we were given an extremely hazardous gasoline leaking vehicle and forced to wait 6 hours for the issue to get resolved and for the vehicle to get picked up, even had a roadside assistance guy show up @430pm with nothing but a patch and duck tape — no gasoline or funnel available — place a patch “that will dissolve if it gets wet” taped it and left. I can't believe this is even a well know business because with all those resources and years in the industry I expect so much more than this. I expect prompt resolution to my issues.
