Worse customer experience ever. First the reservation was changed to this location without my consent due to shortage. Was schedule for 9 am when location opened, was there at 920 am. UHaul rep was not there, "was running late". When she arrived at 9:30 am she REFUSED to start working until 10 am. Had to cool heels in parking lot while she wasted everyone's time (not just me) while manager of the mini-mart begged her to help people. Never said a word to me once she finally began checking me in. Uhaul should fire her on the spot TODAY!!!!Eric C.

Location is a convenience store. Upon arrival I was asked to complete the 24/7 pick up through the website as they said they were to busy. After 2 attempts on the website and 2 phone calls to representatives I was finally able to obtain the truck 1 hour later. I walked back in to obtain the keys and I was the only customer. This place overcharged me , ran my card 3 times and charged for gas even though I returned it with more than was in there and the manager agreed and had me call customer service, they said it would be back on my card in 24 hours but instead I'm charged 3 times.Renee W.

The parking lot was littered with broken furniture and debris making it a questionable place to rent a small trailer but the gentleman who helped me was amazing! His customer service was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about the trailer hook up. The paperwork was in order without error. returned trailer before location opened(7:45 am) and was told that would be ok to just return and take pics and call them after they open and that is what i did but when i tried to call them after 9:00am the phone number listed did not work and later in the day this location charged me 1 more days rental and on the paper work shows i returned the trailer at 4:00 pm on 11-30-22 i have rented trailers from uhaul a number of times over the years but will never rent from this location again thanksmichael W.

This was the worst uhaul experience I have even had in my life. For some reason only on person can rent and the other can only return the trucks. Let me start from the beginning. First my location was changed. Then I wasn't set up for mobile. Then my pick up time was changed. It was set for 9am. I arrived at 845am. Me and many others with 9am appointment waited until 1030 for the only lady there that can rent trucks. She arrived with one other lady and laughed as they walked past us and spoke in Spanish. Then when they got inside they decided to make coffee before helping the first customer. We didn't leave until 11am which is the time I was supposed to meet the movers. I had to reschedule my move and I missed my internet being installed. I was able to talk to customer service who did refund the second day on my truck since I couldn't reschedule my movers until the next day. So much time was wasted and those ladies weren't sorry at all. The girls need to be fired for the negative impression they left on all the customers there and the amount of money we all had to be refunded. I would never rent anything from this location again and I will warn other people not too unless the ladies were gone.Brennan J.
At this location, my reservation was for 9:00 am, the vendor was an 1.5 hrs late arriving for opening of business which caused me and other customers loosing our movers prior to their timely schedule. I want to thank Julio at the pickup location for going above and beyond to help me even though the woman at the counter who supposedly runs the UHaul check in had closed everything at 4pm. Julio at the Kwick Stop took it upon himself to contact Gaylan Grant. Both Julio and Mr. Grant went above and beyond the call of duty to get me on the road and to my final destination. There are good people in the world. Thank you UHaul I really appreciate the extra mile these two gentleman displayed during a time of need. They understood the since of urgency and my time line of getting me on the road. 2 Awesome employees that represent UHaul. Very Bad service...VERY BAD LOCATION. was not told check in had to be electronically. Rental was turned before 5:00, attendant would not take keys, we ARE not tech savvy. Now received a collection notice for a transaction on 8/21/2022. Truck was rented on 8/20/22 and returned the same day before 5:00p. BAD SERVICE....BAD...BAD SERVICE!!!! When I rented online I chose the no insurance option the guy pulled my reservation so I am sure he seen that I opted not to buy the 25.00 insurance. But he added to my Reservation without asking after I looked at the contract I told him that I wanted the extra 25.00 removed he told me he would have to cancel it and start over. I was not happy about it but I had more time than money that day. Because he was trying to get his bonus for adding the insurance it made me late but still made it.Caroline C.

The store clearly said no cash accepted here. Two men walked in and showed an ID and gave $90.00 and got a truck. I will not use this location again. We dropped the truck off Monday evening. This U-Haul was located in a small convenience store. The online order provided the option to skip the counter. When arriving to the store this was not an option. I actually had to go in the store speak with the sales clerk and then get the key. It took about 5-7 minutes which wasn't bad. There was a problem with the loading ramp on the truck. After I pulled the ramp out to load I noticed that part of the steel portion of the ramp that connected it to the truck was broken. Looked like someone tried to weld it back on. Needless to say it took about 20 minutes to "Jimmy rig" the ramp to get it back under the truck. This was the only option as when I called to the U-Haul store I was told to call customer service for them to send someone to fix the truck. Unfortunately he didn't know how long it would take for someone to come. I informed the clerk of the issue again when I dropped the truck off. I recommend renting from a standalone U-Haul center as they have more trucks.Felicitas M.
