Somebody tried to steal the truck and they left some of the ignition switch pieces on the floor so I left the key in the mailbox. They told me to and I left. I’m sorry but I can I waste any more time. Thank you.

This location is trashy! Not very helpful at all. Did not go over the agreement with us. All he did was take my license, card number, then said here's the key. He had another guy point out the truck number. Did not walk me to the truck, which was parked in a very muddy area, and was parallel parked extremely close to the other trucks. It was extremely difficult to get it out of the area. Got mud all over my walking boot and inside of the cab just from getting up in the truck. Do not recommend this place at all! Last place we reserved a truck with was way better and will be the one we use in the future even though it's further.

Unorganized on their hours opened one hour late , they charged me for 4gallons of fuel when i delivered the truck with fuel tank full, nobody delivered or received equipment 😡🤬🤬

I was charged a $20 service fee when I turned the truck in only an hour after picking which the pick up time had to be moved down an hour because I had to switch from in store pickup to online although when I booked it in store was an option. The man at the store said the store was open until midnight and he would check it back in I turned the truck back by 1:30 well before the store closed

This location is horrible when I arrived there where two ladies behind the counter laughing, drinking, and immediately stating they where closed as I entered before discovering I was using the self check in and out via my smartphone. The man whom checked me in was very elderly and took an hour to give me the keys to the U-Haul, he finally found the key and I had to ask him to direct me where the U-Haul was parked just a horrible location I won’t ever rent from this pop corner shop again. Horrible service.

The truck was completely dirty in the cab. Later of dust on the dash. Windshield was hard to see through. Truck vibrated badly when braking and made crazy noises when accelerating. Xmas ornaments on the floor rolling around. Pine needles all over inside the box. Location did not have equipment I ordered.

It was easy to order the truck I needed and. Where I picked it up from had me in and out in a few minutes . Very good doing business with you see you next time I need a truck. Thanks

I had the rental pick up scheduled for 9 am and the owner of location did not arrive until 9:30. I let them know I was there to lock up my rental. I waited for another 15 minutes and finally went inside as I they were going to get the keys. The lady had not even started to process the pick up. Not a good experience with customer service.

the location did not show that i returned the car hauler and I am scared that i may be charged again. The U-Haul customer service rep called the location and the manager did say that i returned the car hauler and would go online to show it was returned but I still do not have a confirmation text or email. I would never recommend anyone to this location which is a small convenience store. It was not pleasant dealing with the lady manager and old man handling the equipment. Never going there again!!! Very poor customer service.

Steering was sluggish and sometimes hard to control. Windshield was not clean. Cab was not clean. Contract had inaccurate mileage and gas. Leslie, person to check out and check in the vehicle, was very nice and helpful.

The truck was not clean, the driver side door is like someone tried to force it open and the sensor keeps flashing saying driver door open, the door on the back took 2 people to open or close.

This was the worst experience ever, first time ever renting a truck from you. My rental went from a 19.95 truck to actually getting charged 157.00, the truck had 3/8 of a tank and returned it with that much or even a bit more and they are charging me to refuel a full tank. Definitely disputing the charges and never ever renting a uhaul in my life again 🤬

There's a lot of homeless people in this area. I have no issue with the homeless, but one of them watched me check the truck back in. I was a little worried he was going to try something since I was by myself.

The truck was very unsafe. We had no seat belt. The briakes were bad. And it needed a major tune up? It didn't want to start and it was missing

Worse customer experience ever. First the reservation was changed to this location without my consent due to shortage. Was schedule for 9 am when location opened, was there at 920 am. UHaul rep was not there, "was running late". When she arrived at 9:30 am she REFUSED to start working until 10 am. Had to cool heels in parking lot while she wasted everyone's time (not just me) while manager of the mini-mart begged her to help people. Never said a word to me once she finally began checking me in. Uhaul should fire her on the spot TODAY!!!!

I have been renting for years and now having to do everything online is a pain. Uploading pictures and all that is just time consuming. I just want to hand my keys over and go.

Location is a convenience store. Upon arrival I was asked to complete the 24/7 pick up through the website as they said they were to busy. After 2 attempts on the website and 2 phone calls to representatives I was finally able to obtain the truck 1 hour later. I walked back in to obtain the keys and I was the only customer. Terrible service

This place overcharged me , ran my card 3 times and charged for gas even though I returned it with more than was in there and the manager agreed and had me call customer service, they said it would be back on my card in 24 hours but instead I'm charged 3 times.

The parking lot was littered with broken furniture and debris making it a questionable place to rent a small trailer but the gentleman who helped me was amazing! His customer service was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about the trailer hook up. The paperwork was in order without error. Based on customer service it’s a 100% but that parking lot is in serious need of cleaning up.

returned trailer before location opened(7:45 am) and was told that would be ok to just return and take pics and call them after they open and that is what i did but when i tried to call them after 9:00am the phone number listed did not work and later in the day this location charged me 1 more days rental and on the paper work shows i returned the trailer at 4:00 pm on 11-30-22 i have rented trailers from uhaul a number of times over the years but will never rent from this location again thanks

The lady helped me out very well. She was nice and they didn't overcharge like some people are saying. They actually gave me money back after I returned the vehicle. I would use them again definitely!!!

Need to clean them trucks out more off then and need to make sure the truck have some kind of gas
