The attendant did not tighten the tongue on the ball. As a result, the trailer became unhooked on the freeway. It banged my car, only holding by the chains. This could have killed somebody. An attorney friend of mine wanted to sue your company, but I am not litigious. that franchise should be revoked before something tragic happens
