First of all U-Haul changed our drop off location on is when we hit the link to drop it off. This new drop off location was in the middle of a bad section of town. There were crackheads walking around and it was after dark when we dropped off so that made it worse. The location is also small so it was difficult to find a spot for drop off that wasn't blocking an entrance or a driveway.

He was very nice and friendly, but it took an hour to check me out either because he didn’t know how to do it or the system was down. Either way an hour to check out is unreasonable. Also, I learned latter that he only gave me 6 moving pads when I ordered and paid for 12.
