The truck I reserved was left on E and had to pay out of pocket for gas while getting charged for gas.

I was originally sent to 1629 Lakewood Ave. Atlanta, GA 30315, and my experience was horrible. The representative said she did not have a truck for me, even though I had a confirmed reservation on U-Haul app, and the representative hung up on me and provided no help. I am VERY disappointed in my uhaul experience.

Takariana S.The Gentlemen who picked up the key was also running the store and was a little undecided if he should help out with the missing dolly or not. I called customer service and the lady was very helpful and he ended up helping as well and all ended up well, I will consider the $12 lost from the dolly payment a donation to the customer service they deserve excellent service!
