We have dropped off here before. Plenty of parking & easy online return through the app. However the store attendant would not look up from his cell phone as we dropped off the rental key. Customer service is definitely lacking.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe brakes on the truck were suspect. I learned to plan ahead but it made driving in heavy traffic more stressful than it needed to be.
Bryan BThe company that I rented equipment from was excellent very easy to work with the website was good and easy to reserve. The only thing I would say is the light was out on the blinker so I didn't give it five stars.
Ian MEverything went smooth - just as easy as a drop off should be.
Ryan LParking lot is tight - there was a truck in the way with a delivery making it difficult to drop off
