RONALD BNext time don’t route my pickup 1.5 hours out of my way.
JOHN DFenders were damaged, made sure the employee documented it, did not look like it was greased at all. Location needed all the information that was put into the reservation online. They could also not answer some of the questions I had. Gave me a number to call, and no one was there, bc it was the weekend.
Carl RCustomer service was poor! The ladies working there were rude and seemed bothered by having U-haul as part of their store. They literally had 2 trucks to choose from and the bigger had to stay in Arcadia. The Altoona office was way more friendly and a pleasure to work with.
