Your online reservation system is junk, too many times my reservation was was somehow moved to a location that would've caused me to drive further for drop off. I had to upgrade from 15' to 20' and leave in the middle of my shift to ensure I had a truck to move with. I am extremely disappointed with this situation. The location (Arcadia, WI) agent was courteous, and they were awesome. The only problem was the online reservation system. Fix it. The point of reservations is making sure the customer has what they are reserving for the equipment, date and time requested. Not allowing the customer to believe their set to go, and find that they are without all that.

Everything went great. Very small and minor detail. I did all the pre registration and online check in, it wasn't as quick as I had thought it would be. I was asked a few questions that were already answered on my check in, so what's the point of checking in? Everything else was great. The drop off was perfect.

Drove in and they looked at the truck and I was out in 10 minutes. Well prepared, gave receipt and said thanks for using U Haul. The location in Arcadia, WI was excellent, it was exactly where I needed it to be. The place could not have done a better job. I will come and use them again.

They did not have a dolly or blankets available. Truck had only 3/8 tank which resulted in us having to stop for gas 3 times, once when we picked it up, twice during the move.

I had to return the rental back to the same location and the whole point of renting a uhaul truck is that you can drop it at the destination . That’s a deal breaker for me for any future business with uhaul .

I was upset to find the tank at 1/4 full. Do you realize how hard it is for a person not knowing the tank size and on a budget to fill it back to that level?! So it went half full and I couldn't get reimbursed and insurance was put on wasn't that suppose to be my decision?

I would never recommend uhaul to anyone due to the location didn’t have it, had to get another at an even further location, was told I would be credited 2 days and 75 miles for it, paid full price upon pick up, was told I would be credited upon drop off, then was charged for 2 mores days and the miles again. Do not recommend.

The person at the store was not familiar with printing a u haul contract. Took about an hour as she had to start over as she made mistakes. The person that usually takes care of the u haul desk either doesn't work Saturdays or doesn't come in until after 10am. We drove 4.5 hours from Racine,Wis. to Arcadia,Wis. arrived at 8:30am and expected faster service as we had to drive to Hixton,Wis. load up the truck and drive back to Racine. It would have been closer to my cabin had there been a u haul place in Black River Falls,Wis. or Hixton,Wis. Not very many choices.

Despite our overall experience with Uhaul this rental location and its owner bent over backwards to accommodate us and help us. I was very pleased and thankful for a kind person in such a stressful situation.

I had to drive 43 miles out of my way to pick up my truck. It was bigger than what I wanted which in turn cost me more $ in gas beyond the additional gas it took to return to where I needed the truck. They did not have the appliance dolly which meant an additional trip to yet another uhaul center to pick one up. The woman who originally waited on me here said and I quote "I don't know why the hell I am doing this I have no idea what I am doing". Fortunately someone who did know showed up about 15 minutes later.

Train people on how to do a transaction. It took over a half hour to write up the contract. Then the trailer they gave me had a flat tire. Of course they didn't know that because no one came out to help hook it up. Good thing it had 3 good tires so I could get it fixed on my way. Overall, not a good experience.

When they want it in one town and you send a text which I never got saying to pick it up in another town is NOT GOOD SERVICE. It cost me 2 guys standing around 2 hours 70.00 for YOUR problem. Please resolve, I rent a lot of units from you, if I here no reply, I will take my bisiness elsewhere. This is for UHAUL management, the people at this location were extremely nice.

They were nice but U-haul put them in a bad position. They only have 8 employees and on sunday only 2 work and none with uhaul experience. Not their fault. Also they were not contacted about my rental at all until I called them. If they had been notified I was coming they would of had a experienced u haul person there.

Took 2 days after I returned the U-Haul Truck to update it in the computer system. As a result U-Haul called me saying they never received the truck back and were going to charge me numerous late fees. Very Unprofessional!

We picked up the trailer and did not realize the lights weren't working on the trailer. So when it got dark and we noticed they weren't working.. we had to pull over to try to fix them. They were not grounding right and we were at a place with absolutely no cell service. We sat for an hour on the side of the road at 2am which is fucking ridiculous. The employee should have checked the lights for us prior to leaving. When we complained they did nothing. Never renting a uhaul ever again.

there needs to be jacks on the trailer so when it isn't on a vehicle it is level and easy to put back on a vehicle! We had to find a jack to set it on because the vehicle we used wasn't able to stay with trailer when we were loading it! so finding a jack wasn't easy to do!

I was not happy that we had to get two smaller trucks than what was originally requested 3 weeks prior, and that we had to pay for gas/fuel in 2 trucks vs one for a 3 1/2 - 4 hour drive. I was also not happy that when offered this, that I told Misty I would not be willing to drive the hour out of the way to return two trucks, as this would require us to find a driver to drive an hour to pick us up and then an hour to drive us back home. This was not entered into the computer system correctly, nor was any discount offered for the inconvenience and additional cost of gas/fuel. I thought the staff at the pick up and drop off locations were great, but my experience overall with U-Haul was not pleasant, I will not be using U-Haul in the future.

Explain to the customer that insurance is highly recommended. Also that you have 30 minutes after renting the UHAUL to get the insurance if you chose not to.
